Mark Alder - Window Wizard is a true family run company with all employees being part of the same family. Mark began working in the double glazing industry at 17 years old working for a local manufacturing and installing company based just outside Hay on Wye in Herefordshire.
Mark began working on the shop floor where he slowly made his way through all the roles - gaining an incredible understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the double glazing industry. From here Mark advanced to the position of call out engineer where he faced complicated issues to resolve on a daily basis. This led to him advancing and expanding his thinking and problem solving. He then returned to the workshop where he took on the role of Workshop Manager and remained in that position until he was made redundant in 2010 when the company went into administration.
After this, Mark started up his own company Mark Alder Window Wizard.
